1)  By Thursday, April 12, 2001, Tom Murray will revise the Alaska ANSS Regional Working Group Charter and send it back to Regional Working Group members for review.
 

2)  Each member will take one or two of the mission goals from the charter and develop key success factors and closed-ended measures of success for each goal.

•  Tom Murray and Bob Page are working on Goal 1.
•  Tom Sokolowski is working on Goal 3.
•  Tom Murray and John Aho are working on Goal 4.
•  Roger Hansen is working on Goal 5 and 6.
•  Tom Murray and Niren Biswas will work on the mission statement.
