Sling the hut to the site
Hut secured with rocks and guys
Wind charger on tower on concret base secured with guys and rock
Inside the hut are batteries, green digitiser, radio and antenna
Excavate hole for "vault"
Bedrock a couple of feet down is ideal
Place drum in hole. Back fill with concrete inside and out.
Mixing concrete a shovel full at a time.
Sometimes a backhoe is avaible for the excavation. Usually not.

Desicant added to help peep it dry
